Medical Rides - Northwest Ride Center

The Northwest Ride Center (NWRC) brokers Medicaid ride services for Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook Counties.

Introduction
The Northwest Ride Center provides transportation or gas reimbursement for eligible Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Plus and Medicaid clients traveling to covered medical services.

Eligibility
Eligibility for the ride is verified by a client's valid Medical Card or information that is in the State eligibility database.

Cost
There is no cost to eligible clients for OHP/Medicaid Transportation clients.

Scheduling a Ride
Rides can be scheduled between 8:00 am and 4:55 pm Monday through Friday. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays including Memorial day, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
Rides should be scheduled at least two (2) business days in advance.
