Chair Jack Harris called the meeting to order 9:30 a.m.

Heather Hynen Seppa, Senior Vice President Commercial Lending attended the meeting to explain the business loan agreement.
 
 
RESOLUTIONS
   
  Commissioner Gannaway wanted to share with the board that he is a shareholder with the Bank of Astoria but feels that there will be no conflict with him voting on this resolution. All other members agreed that there is no conflict.
   
a. Governmental Certificate Resolution 2006-04: Sunset Empire Transportation Board Authorizing Chair to Sign Documents for a Commercial Loan with Lender Bank of Astoria
  Motion by Commissioner Kee to pass Resolution 2006-04 authorizing Chair Harris to enter into an agreement with Bank of Astoria, with the understanding that those agreements are binding, but without limitation and Chair Harris is authorized, empowered, and directed to do the following for and on behalf of the SETD. Seconded by Vice-Chair Gannaway to approve the resolution 2006-04.

  Motion By Commissioner Shannon to pass Resolution 2006-05 Authorizing the issuance of Tax and Revenue anticipation notes Series 2006A, seconded by Commissioner Mendenhall:
